Stephen Brenninkmeijer is a private investor with an interest in impact investing and education. For 30 years he was involved in the family-held retail business. He has been active in strategic investing since 2002 and founded Willows Investments in 2008 to support promising ventures with a social mission.Mr. Brenninkmeijer is a Member of the Board of Directors, World Resources Institute (USA) and a member of the International Council, Global Leadership Foundation (UK). He is a Board Member of ResponsAbility Participations AG (Zurich), and a Supervisory Board member of Pymwymic Group BV (Netherlands). He is an Advisory Board member of both Auticon (UK) and The Sutton Trust (UK). He is on the Advisory Board of The European Business School (Germany) and is Chair of the Business & Law School and Advisory Board of St Mary’s University Twickenham (UK).

Elina Kamenitzer started her banking career at the Nordea Group in Helsinki in risk management and later on in international banking. Was employed by EBRD’s Financial Institutions team in London in 2001 and worked on a number of debt and equity transactions in numerous EBRD countries of operation before joining the EIB in 2006. Was appointed as a Head of Division responsible for the Bank’s lending activities in Germany in 2013, and since 2014 heads EIB’s corporate lending division covering Germany, Poland, the Baltic States, and the Nordic countries.

Jan Peter Balkenende is a former Prime Minister of the Netherlands (2002-2010), External Senior Advisor to EY, Professor at Erasmus University, SB Member ING. He studied economic and social history (M.A., 1980) and public law (LL.M., 1982) at the Free University of Amsterdam (VU). He obtained his Ph.D. in law in 1992 at the same university with a thesis on government regulation and civil society organizations.
Professor Balkenende has received five honorary doctorates – of universities in Budapest, Tokyo, Seoul, New York, and Holland, MI – and other honors including nine Grand Crosses (including Knight Grand Cross in the Dutch Order of Orange-Nassau) and several international prizes.
