It’s amazing how many organic and sustainable bed sheets you can find today. In our home, we have tried a few different brands and have been happy with it all. I felt this post would benefit a lot of people looking to create more of an eco-friendly and healthy bedroom oasis.

Because we spend 1/3 of our lives in our beds! Why wouldn’t we want to make it a safe, non-toxic zone? We shouldn’t have to compromise our health (or the planet’s) when we get a little shut-eye. You don’t want to sleep on toxic dyes or fibers which have been grown with pesticides. These types of fabrics in this post are highly regulated during the entire process from crop to finish, so you can be sure you are sleeping on a safe product.
What types of fabrics should we look for when shopping for new bed sheets?
