Implementing the digital strategy supporting business objectives of the different product organizations in collaboration with the product marketing directors and product managers to provide strategic direction and to help meet digital marketing targets and deliverables. In other position in other companies I have been the sole team leader helping to bring a project to fruition. This includes projects in places like Serbia where I had to learn the local language, or China where I had to secure our supply chains in order to make things more efficient. I oversee all digital marketing activities.
A main focus is to optimize the end-to-end customer experience along the persona specific buyers journey, and to release targeted digital multichannel marketing campaigns. I am a highly motivated team manager with strong people management skills and experience in a global multi-cultural corporate matrix environment, but also a strong communicator with comprehension of 4 languages, an adaptive project manager and process organizer with strongest digital skills.
